Breakfast was not offered. Front desk could not help me with a separate charge that came up on my AMX? I was told to call direct. CAll Who? What number do i call to reach help on a misterious charge. I need to know when I always book Holiday Inn Express that i get 1 charge for correct amount, not another charge for $63.00!? Very dissappointing. I love I.H.G.

Clean, orderly & open lobby. The space was well lighted with high ceilings. Not sure how full but not noisy. The bath tub had a safe surface & was non- slippery. Did not know until got in to take shower. Very pleased to have a grab bar even though it was not a handicap room. Big plus for safety. Thank you

The beds, pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

They hit the high points, clean, comfortable beds , nice and efficient staff. They had a well lit parking lot and the building was well maintained.
