Holiday Inn Hammond, an IHG Hotel

Clean, orderly & open lobby. The space was well lighted with high ceilings. Not sure how full but not noisy. The bath tub had a safe surface & was non- slippery. Did not know until got in to take shower. Very pleased to have a grab bar even though it was not a handicap room. Big plus for safety. Thank you

The beds, pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

The overall experience was great

I have been staying at this hotel for years for leisure and business. My biggest issue is the price. I will always go here first if rates in the area are running the same; however, I will choose another hotel sometimes if rates are cheaper with same quality.

Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.
